We have just returned from a blissful 4 night stay. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed for our holiday and more. The beach a short walk down the road was great with lovely white sand - great for a swim and an after dinner walk when the tide was out. We also enjoyed short drives to the surf at Kariotahi beach and to the lighthouse. Already recommending a stay to friends.

I would recommend this property to everyone, the teenagers loved having their "own space"" upstairs - think the mums did as well ;-) Worked well for us the mums taking the kids away, lots of places to walk and explore :-)

stunning absolute waterfront orua bay beach house

HIGH RECOMMENDED! Bach was nice and spacious, kids had their own area to chill out downstairs. Stayed 5 nights. Caught fish from the front lawn, at high tide (with glass of wine in hand and a rod in the other, recommended way to fish :) ). Kids went crabbing every night and kayaking every day. Such a relaxing place. We will be booking again for next year. The Camping grounds down the beach were charging about the same price for a pokie lil unit. Our money well spent! Many envious bypassers :)

The house was lovely and immaculately clean with everything provided that we could possibly need. We had worked out from the website photos that it was further from the beach than it sounded so we weren't disappointed in that respect, though others might be as it is further to walk to the beach than it sounds. We found plenty to do in this beautiful area and would love to return.

Beautiful location with the beach in easily accessible walking distance. The property was highly accommodating to our family or all ages and the split levels allowed for quiet areas. Very relaxing and comfortable for all.

My family Loved everything about it here! the house, the scenery, peace and quiet but still able to turn up the Christmas songs when needed, Large section front and back for our kids to run around and throw the frizbee, upstairs deck, nice stroll to the beach, 5 minute drive to Grahams beach. The house was perfect and inspiring in everyway for our Christmas overnight getaway. Thanks David and Joanne
