House is in a great location, its always clean and tidy and has all the requirements for our stays in Whangamata.

Patuwai ('By the Water')

Very happy, the bach was great, good location, well maintained, plenty of space and beds, loved the decks. We had a great time and would rent it again next time a large group of us stay in Whangamata.

Te Punga Lodge - The Perfect Year-Round Getaway!

Loved everything about the property, well equipped, beautiful surroundings and even a one hole pitch and putt. A swimming pool would have taken it to a whole other level, but wasn't a major. Beds all super comfy, plenty of room for everyone and entertaining was a breeze in the super kitchen. Felt palatial yet very homely and comfortable.

Patuwai ('By the Water')

Great place to stay, close to beach, dairy and beautiful estuary.

O SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH! AND PERFECT LOCATION!

A beautiful and well planned house that you can make your home while there. Near to the beach and town. Park your car and walk where you would like to go.

Patuwai ('By the Water')

Great bach for large family or 2 families. Comfortable. Close to estuary for kayaking and close to surf beach too. Off street parking for boat and hose to wash out motor.
