  •  This beach house is in a great location across from the estuary and catered perfectly for our large group get together. The house was well equipped with everything we needed (loved the large oven for our large glazed ham!) and we liked the bedrooms being separate from the house itself. Despite being the cooler time of the year the house and rooms were very warm. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at The Whai Beach House :-) 

  •  Great location, tidy & functional house, outstanding & separate sleeping arrangement. We all loved it and would be happy to come again. 

  •  Good location - adults can take a walk during sunrise and sunset while kids can just cross road and go to the beach. With free wi-fi and free use of kayak. Good design of toilet/bathroom and plush materials are installed. Good oven is provided at the kitchen which the ladies were able to use for their baking. Overall, good facilities and good location. 

  •  Great location for or business planning session. All the facilities were available and easy to access/use. 

  •  Perfect property for joint family getaways - lots of luxuries in the house (that gas hob and enormous oven are amazing!), loved the kayak, lacked for nothing for crockery and cutlery, and just across the road from the beach! Can definitely recommend. 

  •  This is the second time we have stayed here and again, we were not disappointed.. everything you could need and more! Fantastic facilities, warm, comfortable, fabulous location, LOVED it! Thank you 

  •  Brilliant place for our boys golfing weekend. The house easily accomodated our group with excellent sleeping facilities and a kitchen stove & oven big enough to cater for cooking large breakfasts. Bathroom & shower facilities are great in the new area but a little tight within the second older bathroom however it looks like renovations are in progress to resolve this minor issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for clean, simple and well designed base from which to enjoy the area. 

  •  A fantastic location, very close to 2 boat ramps. Great set-up as well with multiple modern rooms and bathroom facilities - would definitely stay again. 

  •  Excellent Property in a superb location. Perfect for large groups or multiple familes. Property was in a very clean and tidy condition when we arrived. 

  •  The Beach House was just fabulous! It was perfect for us! Everybody commented how incredible the place was. Would definitely use it again!

  •  This place was the ideal set up for our group. Petanque on the lawn and freshly caught fish on the BBQ. Facilities were clean and tidy. Great table in the main lounge for poker. 

  •  What a great place - lots of spaces and so close to water and amenities. 

  •  Fabulous facility. In excellent condition. Beautifully presented. We were in town for a golf tournament and it was perfect for a group. Would highly recommend it. 

  •  We absolutely loved this place! The photos really dont do it justice. It's a very comfortable, spacious, well set up, funky little place with a beautiful view of the lagoon. We'll definitely be back!! Thanks. 

  •  What a fab weekend the four families had. Everyone could retreat to their own room if required, or we could congregate in the house or on the couches in the lovely indoor/outdoor space. The kids loved fishing off the wharf & we all loved the amazing sand dune down the bay. The kayak supplemented the other two we brought along & kept the kids busy for hours. We will be back! 

  •  What a gem we found, lovely to sit on the deck and view the water. Only a short stroll over to the beach where the kids had a great time finding star fish. The property was great and had everything and more that we needed. 

  •  We loved the Whai House. It was modern, and very central. We would definitely recommend to others. We will be back to "Magical Mangawhai" and The Whai Beach House.

  •  This was a fabulous place for three families to stay and a great location. It was also clean with plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely come again. 

  •  Great Stay. Good people to deal with. Really neat location, so close to estuary with fantastic views. Really good facilities with interesting architectural bedroom wing. Room for heaps of people. Will definitely be back. 

  •  Liked the batch, was very clean and tidy, and the bedroom block is brand new.
