Located in Turangi at the southern end of Lake Taupo (Central North Island New Zealand, NZ) 200 meters from the famous Tongariro River, great fly fishing for big Rainbow and Brown Trout, this chalet is clean, comfortable, quite and affordable accommodation. Please note that this 2 bedroom chalet is within a motel complex.

We are close to all outdoor activities, World Heritage Tongariro National Park, Tongariro Alpine Crossing, Lake Taupo, Mount Ruapehu (Whakapapa Ski Fields), white water rafting or kayaking down the famous Tongariro river, mountain biking and horse riding, just to list a few. We can arrange all the above with pickup from the front door.

The Chalet has 2 separate bedrooms large lounge area, kitchen and bathroom, Undercover parking, Flat screen TV’s, DVD player and 70 volume DVD library. Guest Laundry (washing machine and dryer) telephones in units, and a big heated undercover BBQ area with a fish smoker for fisherman.
