Private & quiet 2 bedroom bach (one room with king sized bed and one room with 4 x single bunk beds) plus one bedroom sleep-out (queen sized bed) on a 50 acre lifestyle block behind the township of Tapu on the Thames Coast of the Coromandel Peninsula. 5 minutes walk to the Tapu Beach, Tapu store (sells petrol), the Royal Oak Hotel (restaurant and takeaways) and the Tapu Camping ground. 10 minutes walk to the Tapu River swimming hole. 10 minutes drive to the Waikawau Boat Ramp and the Raupara water gardens. 25 minute drive to Thames. 45 - 60 minutes drive to Coromandel & Whitianga townships.
Private and quiet, the bach is perfect for a weekend retreat or as a base for the outstanding fishing that the mussel farms and the Firth of Thames have to offer.
The bach is adjacent to regenerating bush which combined with the local wildlife give our guests a back to nature experience.
