Our stunning 2 Bedroom Apartment is in a fantastic city location, park the car and walk to the Shops, Cafe's, Restaurants, War Memorial Conference Centre, Municipal Theatre, Aquarium, RSA, McLean Park and of course the famous Art Deco architecture Napier is known for, all on your doorstep! Stay in bed and watch the glorious sunrise over the Pacific Ocean, maybe later on take a stroll along the walkway which runs beside the sea shore, stop for a latte at one of the many cafe's on the way back. If bike riding is for you, hire a bike and set off along our 100 odd km of cycleways, the very best way to see Napier.

Napier is rich in Wine and Food, we have many half and full day tours you can enjoy, or we can provide you with the details to do your own thing, all properties are within half an hours drive. Dining is available at some vineyards, so stay awhile and enjoy the atmosphere and superb views across the fields of grapes.

We have supplied the apartment with provisions to get you started, tea,coffee, hot chocolate, plunger coffee etc, as well as soap, shampoo, body lotion in the bathroom.

Bay Vista Apartment is on the 5th floor (top floor), with lift access. We have one on-site carpark. Entry to the Carpark, Building and Apartment is by swipe card only. Please note: the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Whatever you choose to do in Napier, we are sure you will enjoy staying at Bay Vista Apartment, especially now we have our new 1 metre square super size shower!

Check-in 2pm to 8.30pm, outside these hours by prior arrangement. Check-out 10am.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that we are unable to re-let the Apartment at the same tariff, the following applies.

A cancellation penalty of one night's accommodation applies if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival or in the case of non arrival.
