Sunny, well equipped 3 bedroom home five minutes walk to town. An ideal place to get away for a couple, extended family or small group. Sleeps 10-15. Geraldine is a great place for a family holiday, retreat from the city or as a stopover on your way to Mt Cook and the Southern Lakes. Four ski-fields within 1.5 hours drive. Cafes, wine bars, bakeries. Food tasting at Barkers' fruit processors, chocolate shop, Talbot Forest Cheese, Honey Corner Shop. Bush walks, salmon and trout fishing. Swimming and picnic spots in river that runs through town and nearby gorges. Variety of arts and crafts and sudios. Vintage car museum. Two golf courses, tennis courts, children's playgrounds, heated swimming pool (November- March). House is 2 minutes walk from town, river and bush walks. Sunny and warm. BBQ and outdoor area. Well equipped including children's toys. Double garage.

Loved this house - perfect for an Easter break for our family. Our two small boys loved all the toys and games in the house - and the bunk beds were a huge hit. The garden was the perfect location for an Easter Egg hunt, and for safe bike riding. Close proximity to the town and the Domain were also very useful - for a coffee run on the way to the play area. Lots of good short hikes in the area, and good food in the cafes. We'll be back!
