Hyland Cottage is a lovely 4 bedroom holiday home located in the popular area of Meadowstone. The house is well setup as a great family holiday home.
The house features a lovely modern kitchen with all the amenities you require, along with a super courtyard with a fabulous outdoor entertaining area.
The kids bunk room has its own TV and DVD and small DVD library along with a few board games to keep them amused in the evenings, giving the adults time to relax.
The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, in a quiet area of Wanaka. There is a very short walk to either the stunning lake front or to wonderful large parks, and the stroll into town could not be more spectatular.
This house is fabulous either for a winter or a summer holiday. In winter you will appreciate that the house is located just off the roads heading to either Treble Cone, or Cardrona, you will arrive at either mountain in no time at all and enjoy some of the best skiing found in New Zealand. On your return there is a dedicated ski storage cabinet for your gear.
In the summer months this house is the perfect base for your activities, whether fishing, hiking, jet-boating, canyoning, rock climbing or any of our other local adventures, you will have a great haven to return to.

This house provided us with a wonderful base for 4 adults and 5 children under 5! Warm, well set out, great facilities, it allowed for us all to relax, the children loved the bunk room and it was a lovely stroll to the waterfront, shops, park etc. We wouldn't hesitate in returning to this lovely house.
