Hillview Lodge is a luxury property for an idyllic holiday with family or friends.

Situated on the Southern lakeside of Lake Rotoiti, just 20 minutes from Rotorua township, Hillview Lodge enjoys spectacular North-facing views, absolute water frontage, and private jetty.

The original home was a three bedroom house built in 1936 from Heart Rimu, and was extensively and lovingly renovated throughout 2000-2003 by the current owners. During the renovation process, the existing Rimu wood was reused throughout, giving the living area a warm, cosy feel.

Hillview Lodge is on a flat 1032m section, and enjoys a North-facing aspect that looks out over the private jetty.
The four bedrooms consist of 1x King room, 2x queen rooms, and two single beds in one room.

Set off a cul-de-sac street (which is rare for Rotoiti), Hillview Lodge is quiet and private.

Hinehopu golf course is just 3 minutes away, and stunning mountain biking or hiking trails are close by.

  •  A fabulous home , immaculate with everything you coul ddesire for a wonderful lake front holiday. The perfect setting right on the lake front for a great family break. 

  •  The bach is beautifully situated and kept in good condition. It felt modern yet rustic. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches and beds, great deck and huge bbq, with gorgeous lakeside views. Good house for larger groups. 

  •  We loved Hillview Lodge. The indoor outdoor flow, utesils for cooking, the comfy living area. Hell, I even read the book on NZ Birds! Hinehopu Golf Club(nestled by native forest covered mountainside) is 2km away and definitely worth playing a round at. Take your clubs and $12 cash. The par 4s and 5s play a lot longer than the yardage shown. This place is all the hosts say it is and more.
