Due to noise restrictions and neighborhood bylaws, this home is only permitted to accommodate up to two quiet families. Groups of individuals or gatherings of any kind are unfortunately not permitted.

On 3/4 acre the property opens out past a large deck to open spaces with a swing/slide set and trampoline for the kids.

Includes 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, and a spa bath, unlimited hot water, a home theatre system and projector screen. A TV and DVD player in the second lounge allows flexibility also, with the intention that kids have their own spaces, and allow adults to be separate.

Electric blankets and extra electrical heating ensures you will remain warm on winter nights. A large double garage and driveway allows for plenty of off streek parking. Only a stone throw away from the local golf driving range and pitching course as well as the local 18 hole golf course. Only short 10 minute walk from the Thermal Pools and shopping centre.
