A fantastic spot - this lake edge house is located at the eastern end of Lake Rotoiti and is only 20 mins from Rotorua CBD. A sunny spacious fully fenced house on a quiet no exit street backing onto Hinehopu Golf Course and within metres from boat ramp, jetty, kids' playground, beautiful historic bushwalks and free public BBQ's.

Enjoy boating, waterskiing,trout fishing, kayaking, great swimming, bush walking, mountain biking, hot pools and golf which are all on your doorstep or just sit back and relax amongst the birds singing in a leafy native garden and enjoy amazing lake and cliff-side views along with spectacular sunsets.

The lake can be enjoyed all year round. Famous thermal attractions are very close. Hells Gate and Waitangi Soda Pools are only minutes away by car or soak in the famous Manupirua Hot Springs (only accessible by boat) on the shores of Rotoiti .

A five minute drive to local convenience store 'Emery's'. Okere Falls store/cafe/beer garden is also located on the shores of Rotoiti and is a pleasant destination when out on the lake and needing a good drink /coffee/ meal in a beautiful setting. At Okere Falls (accessable by boat or 15 minutes by car) you can enjoy watching or participating in white water rafting (grade 5) on the Kaituna River.

In winter, light the cosy fire and sit back listening to your favourite music or watching DVDs. Freeview television also means none of your favourite TV programmes will be missed!

To complete the day, have family and friends over for a BBQ in this peaceful quiet native setting and watch the sun set over the lake. (BBQ and good quality outdoor furniture available with house)
NB - We're kiddy friendly (have childrens' outdoor/indoor settings) along with fenced off large grassy yard for the kids to run around. Games and kayak (life jacket) available with house too.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Location is wonderful. We had small grandchildren with us and no problems. Plenty of space in the house for them as well. Two bathrooms is very convenient. Use of the kayak was great.

Nice tidy bach in superb location. nice fire place keeps the place warm and toastie in winter. Would rent again.
