Luxury accommodation situated overlooking Rotorua in the peaceful suburb of Tihi-o-tonga.Two bedrooms with a third bedroom available on request.Expansive decking, (very well protected from southerly winds) with spa and stunning views of Lake Rotorua, township and surrounding districts. Main bedroom is double sized complete with extra large closet area, and flat screen tv, with beautiful views.Second room also has stunning views with bifold doors and seperate entrance onto main deck.Third room is studio size with seperate entrance onto deck, and close access to spa.Large modern kitchen, dining and living area, complete with all modern appliances.Modern bathroom with tiled shower, toilet etc and extra bathroom with toilet facilty(made available to groups of 5 or more).Extra king single bed, double leather fold out couch settee and double divan available to groups of over 6 people.
All bedrooms have panel heaters installed and games room also has a large gas heating system which is vented to all areas of the house.
Eagle Retreat also faces the north so the Winter sun streams in through the double glazed doors and windows naturally keeping all areas very warm.
Also available at owners discretion is access to games room , complete with large flat screen tv, surround sound system, pool table, dvds and cds.Wifi now available.
Located 7km from Rotorua township, within 2km from major tourist attractions, including Te Puia, Whakarewarewa, Redwoods(world reknowned mountainbike tracks) and Whakarewarewa golf course.
Safe and secure garaging for motorbikes and specialty vehicles.
Also included in price is availability of a courtesy dropoff and pickup into town or airport in a 2007 ford mustang.
