The Black House is situated a short walk or drive to local shops and amenities including the famous Leigh Sawmill Cafe and Craft Brewery, Leigh wharf and boat ramp, Goat Island Marine Reserve, family friendly Matheson Bay and Daniel's Reef for surfing.
An ideal base to explore this amazing region - beaches (Omaha, Pakiri, Tawharanui, etc), award winning wineries, bars, restaurants and Matakana town centre including the popular Matakana Farmers' Market (on Saturday Mornings).
