Great house for a large family group or a group of friends. The house is located only a short walk from town and has off street parking for several cars as well as a garage . The main living area has plenty of seating for all in the lounge and doors opening out onto a huge deck with BBQ and out door seating, great views of Mt Tauhara the lake and Taupo town from the deck. The kitchen, dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms are also on this floor. The master bedroom has access to the deck. Downstairs to a large lounge area with additional TV and 2 couches that fold out to beds. There are 2 Queen bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. Another bathroom and access to the garage. The fire is located downstairs and a fan system moves the warm air upstairs. The fire also heats the hot water so hot showers for all.
