This is a stunning penthouse apartment in an award-winning development with three double bedrooms, an enormous 47m2 entertainer's deck, two bathrooms and tandem/double parking.

There are fantastic sea views from every room and all-day sun. Quality chattels and added luxuries abound, with Italian and bespoke designer fittings, reverse-cycle air conditioning and superb indoor-outdoor living.
Each of the three bedrooms are large, double-sized and boast sea views. All have standalone wardrobes with built-in drawers.

 Great location and great property. Two full bedrooms and a side room with two single beds. Great for families with or without kids. 

 Great property, loved the views and easy access to Wellington via the bus service. Cafe downstairs provided good coffee. Well set out for the 6 adults who stayed here. 

 This is a great place to stay. It is well designed and equiped with lovely sea views. It suited our wide ranging ages perfectly!!! There is a GREAT cafe under the apartment and good small places to eat nearby.The bus to town is easy too. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for providing the perfect place for a special family gathering. 

 Gorgeous apartment. Loads of space for our family of 5 so much so that in 4 nights we dudnt eat out once just enjoyed the apartment and the views. Thanks for the breakfast supplies and bubbles. Would love to come back again, the location is great just out of the hussel of the city yet a 5 minute drive. 

 We used this apartment as a base for our daughter's wedding. The location is excellent - handy to the airport and the city, a definite holiday feel beside the sea, a coffee shop downstairs and secure parking. The apartment is beautifully appointed and it became a luxury home away from home for us.
