Light and sunny living spaces surrounded by bush with views to Coromandel, Huruhi Bay & Hunua.
On the top level (i.e. the entry level) you will find the open plan living room and kitchen (gas hobs & electric oven) with decks on 3 sides; the deck on the SE side has a roof & protection from the SW so that it is sheltered in either hot or slightly inclement weather. The main bedroom (with French windows opening onto a Juliette balcony) & ensuite are also on this level.
On the lower level (connected by internal staircase) there are two other bedrooms, a small second lounge, & second "bathroom" that includes the laundry.
Freeview TV, local telephone & broadband internet with WiFi connection.
Parking for two cars (in tandem) in driveway.
Very conveniently placed for wedding venues such as Cable Bay Winery/Restaurant, Mudbrick Winery/Restaurant, The Estate & Piritahi Marae.
Also very handy to Oneroa village with it's restaurants, cafés & stores.
Less than 1 km walk can get you on Oneroa beach; about 1.2 km will see you on Blackpool beach.
The bush area is easily accessible from the lower level.
WATER: Please be aware that this house, like most Waiheke properties, is dependent on rain water. Please think about this every time you use a tap and never leave a tap running if it can reasonably be shut off, e.g. do not rinse dishes under running water; do not leave the tap running while brushing your teeth or soaping your hands. Showers should be short and not too frequent. The dishwasher is more water efficient than washing dishes by hand, so long as it is mainly full when you set it off.

The house was large and beautifully appointed. The view was fantastic and the location ideal. The kitchen was very well appointed. We loved this property and would love to return in the near future.
