With it's private deck area at the rear you can enjoy the inner harbour water views, watching the sunrises or just a quiet place to chill out with a good book and a glass of vino.

There is a fenced off courtyard area that offers plenty of parking for the car and the boat.

This property is situated beside TARDUS Beach House - so an ideal holiday home, if you looking for accommodation for the extended family but still require your own space.
