This is a great place to retreat for a few weeks at the end of the summer when the holiday families are back at work and all you are wanting is a break from all the hustle and bustle. The house offers amazing views from all the rooms. A great deck for a BBQ, and a fantastic kitchen with a view. Enjoy a sence of tranquility while lazing on the deck with a good book and watching the ferry pass by and the boats sailing in the bay. The grocery store, cafes, restaurants are just a few minutes drive from the house but if you want a day in the wineries, the cab will pick you up and drop you back at the end of the day.

This home would ideally suit a couple wanting a break away for a week or more at a time. It is very much suited to adults and not really suitable for children. smoking is allowed outside with care given to fire risk in the area - smokers need to advise us so we can ensure outdoor ashtrays are available.
