- Small but very tidy with quality features
- Close to beach, golf course, bush walks, mountain biking, tennis courts and cafes
Our cottage is small with loft style sleeping but is truly romantic and very private. Loft has a queen bed. Pets are ok but must be by negotiation, please contact us for guidelines related to pets. Grounds are private with large outdoor table, spa pool and nice gardens. Off-street parking. Cottage has full Sky TV/My Sky, DVD, flat screen TV etc. One-night rentals are permitted but minimum payment is $300 (ie cost of two nights is minimum payment). We are not able to accomodate last minute rentals, generally a minimum 7 days notice is required.

Special conditions
Our cottage is our pride and joy. Careful renters are welcome. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but expect the cottage to be left as you find it. The cottage is not suitable for children under 12 (other than new babies) . The property is not fenced, but we would negotiate well behaved dogs who will stay close to the house. Dogs are allowed inside, but not on the furniture. Sorry, but we do not allow renters to invite visitors to the cottage during the day or evening.

Awesome little cottage with everything we needed and very clean. Really liked the loft bedroom with the lighting around the decking and spa pool was a nice touch. I'm a regular visitor to Muriwai and this bach is close to 2 surf beaches and a 5 minute walk gives an amazing view of the sunset. Just be aware of the speed camera on Muriwai Road at Waimauku, silly me.

The cottage was perfect, cosy,clean and tidy and everything we needed! Beautiful surroundings and good location. Cottage was well equipped with kitchen stuff, furniture etc... Would absolutely recommend this property!
