Modern 3 bedroom house built 2000 in a very central location. 200 metres to the main street, restaurants, bars, cafes & great shopping. Also just a 300m stroll to Buffalo beach and the wharf. All this yet you're tucked away in a quiet, private location.Property is fully fenced and ideal for a family. Sleeps 8 with three queen sized beds and two bunk. (It is $100 per night for any extra guests above the 8 that the house comfortably sleeps). It has a large kitchen and living area. Arrive, park the car and walk everywhere from our lovely new house. The house is cental and within easy walking distance of the beach, town, supermarket and hot pools. Holiday weekends eg. Labour weekend, Easter, Queens Bday the nightly rate is $300. Scallop Festival is $400 per night although all rates are negoitable depending upon the length of stay.

Special conditions
Minimum Stay normally 4 nights. We require a $400 bond for all confirmed bookings. $340 is refundable if the house is left clean and tidy. The other $60 is the inspection charged by the property management company to complete the departure inspection.

Close to everything. Great for young kids being fully enclosed. Excellent layout for indoor / outdoor summer BBQ. Very relaxing. Quiet and private.
