- 5 km's to shops & cafes, Whangarei Deep Sea Anglers Club and Tutukaka Marina. Dive boats leave from there to the Poor Knights.
This cute, self contained chalet is situated within a small complex, at beautiful Whangaumu Bay, on the gorgeous Tutukaka Coast, 22 km from Whangarei to Ngunguru where the road meets the coast.
Its a 5km drive to chartered boats, fishing and diving, at Tutukaka Deep Sea Anglers Club.
Dive Tutukaka and The Perfect Day will take you out to the spectacular Poor Knights Marine Reserve.
Great restaurants and bars five minutes drive away, dive shop, cafes and small goods store.
Brilliant for fishing and water sport, and ideal for children to swim, kayaks also available. 9 hole golf course at Ngunguru, also bowling greens, tennis courts, and the Ngunguru Sports Complex which has a very popular bar and dining facilities.
Tutukaka area is well know for stunning walks for all fitness levels, all these are within a short drive from Braeburn Motel.

It is always nice to have family and friends stay in the Chalets as the children have plenty of grass and concrete to play with one another and the adults can get together for a BBQ and a wind down at days end.

Great location, close to the beach, the Chalet was clean and roomy. Everything was there that we needed.I would recommend Braeburn for an easy and affordable holiday .
