A stylishly decorated home tucked away off the road with panoramic views over the lake.
Wake up to the native birds singing, the morning sun on your balcony, where you sit to over look the lake. Wander down the garden path to your own jetty where you can leave your boat or spend your time relaxing beside the lake at the landscaped beach where you can swim in pristine water, or go for a paddle in the kayaks. Catch a trophy trout on the lake; bring it back to cook in the BBQ.
The home is fully self-contained with 2 comfortable queen sized bedrooms with sliding doors opening onto an outdoor patio. A downstairs bathroom consisting of a separate toilet, shower room and vanity area, the 2nd bathroom is located upstairs with toilet and shower facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and also contains a dual oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There is a heat pump to keep you cosy in the winter and cool in the summer and heaters in the bedrooms. Enjoy the use of Broadband or Wi Fi.
Okere Falls is centrally located in the Bay of Plenty. 20 minutes from Rotorua to all the major tourist attractions, 15 minutes from the Rotorua airport, 35 minutes to Papamoa beach, 45 minutes to Mt Maunganui.
The local area has coffee and food at the Okere Falls store, rafting down the Kaituna River and bush walks. Take your boat onto the lake for trout fishing and water sports and visit the Manupirua Hot Pools for a hot swim or book a cruise with one of the tourist operators. Lake Rotoiti is world famous for its rainbow trout that can be caught on the lake during the fishing season.

This is a luxury bach perfect for 1 -2 couples. It has everything you need and more, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, comfortable beds, great showers and it looks exactly like the photos. Own jetty and easy lake access with grass area at the bottom of the section. Highly recommended.
