Comfortable living, perfect for holidaying in one of Paihia's most exclusive areas.
Peaceful and quiet, only 15 minutes walk along the beach or 3 minutes by car to the centre of town.
Both Suites are fully equipped with all you will need for an enjoyable stay.
They face north and look out across the bay towards the harbour entrance and Russell. The view also includes the Island named Motuarahi and Veronica Channel the route taken by most tourist boats passing for pickup at Paihia Wharf.
Each Suite has floor to ceiling windows which provide the best possible views of the ever changing scenes immediately out front.
Private access to the beach below is only a short distance from your accommodation.
The One Bedroom Suite (self-contained with kitchen facilities) is suitable for three people. It contains a queen bed in a separate bedroom and a king single bed in the lounge.
The Studio Suite (self-contained with kitchen facilities) contains a king bed, suitable for two people.
The Suites sit alongside each other and share a common deck, ideal for two couples holidaying together.
Listen to the calls of the native birds when you wake up in the morning, you may be lucky enough to see Dolphins playing in the bay.
Take a stroll down to the beach and have a swim or relax on the deck and read a book in the quiet surroundings.
Walk along the beach to nearby restaurants and shopping in Paihia central. Light up the barbeque in the evening and revel in this unique location.
Minimum 2 night stay year round except for the following:
Minimum 5 night stay for arrivals between 26th of December and the 5th of January.
Rates vary depending on season, the Suite selected and the number staying.
Prices mentioned on Booking Calender below are for two people/per night staying in our Studio Suite. Rates for our One Bedroom Suite are Calendar plus $30 per night plus $35 per night for a third person.
Please inquire for discounted rates for renting both Suites.

Our One Bedroom Suite is suitable for a couple holidaying together or with an additional adult or child,see bedding arrangement.
Please note that due to the location of this property,adult supervision of children is important when traversing pathways and steps leading to the Suites and roadway to the beach. Sorry not suitable for children under eight years of age.
Smoking permitted outside - deck only.
