The perfect weekend destination for those seeking peace, comfort, and privacy. All this yet in a location central to all the Islands wineries and best beaches.
This attractive 9 year old home is fully equipped, north facing, sheltered, sunny and warm, with 2 full size bedrooms each with a queen bed, full bathroom and a separate toilet. The open plan living, kitchen, dining, opens out to a north facing sunny and private deck which borders a bush clad valley reserve, and view to a farm at the bottom of the garden. The lounge has a TV, DVD player, music system and has a selection of books, DVD’s and CD’s for your use. An extra TV and DVD in one of the bedrooms lets couples cuddle up and watch a movie together.
There are heaters in each bedroom and lounge for winter warmth.
The kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, full oven, coffee plunger, espresso machine, toaster, and large fridge freezer, and there is a gas BBQ on the deck.
The comfy beds have linen, and come with duvets and electric blankets (in winter). Bath towels are also provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels.
Palm beach is pleasant 15 min walk or 2 min in car or on the bus which stops outside and runs ever hour.
Pack Sun screen, insect repel and bring beach towels. Mobile phone coverage patchy in house but good at top of garden.

Prices are for a 2 night min stay. 4 nights min over Easter, 7 nights over Xmas through end of January. Long weekends 3 nights min. Rates are for 2 people inc linen, Weekly / Monthly special rates available. 2 days 1 night weekend bookings yes I do accept them but only within 7 days cost $240 for 2 , late check out, and linen and cleaning standby rate only.
