The 'picture perfect Whangamata estuary' is a 250m walk away. Take in the magnificent sunsets, safe swimming for children and a dog walkers paradise!
Whangamata is busy in the summer and during the hop, but this large two level cedar house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, secluded, away from the busy summer crowds.
The property is designed for the family - ideal for 2 families, the family with young children and a dog or those who just want space!
Ample off-street parking (two concrete pads on either side of house and tree-shaded in front yard). Enough off-street parking to handle multiple cars and boats - if you want to bring your toys!
The section is FULLY FENCED to cater for dogs and energetic toddlers! A fenced concrete pad for bike/scooter/skateboard riding, ample lawn for summer games, a large playhouse, and five different decks designed to maximise indoor-outdoor-living.
Deckage; the main low level deck approx 60 sqm is partly tree shaded; the top level deck 25 sqm has views and is totally private; two decks at front and side entrance (20 sqm each) and a final deck (20 sqm) in the children's scooter area. To top it all off, post beach-time use the outdoor shower!
Open plan architectural design including native wood Rimu flooring and exposed Douglas Fir beams flowing through kitchen bi-folds to covered BBQ area and lower deck areas.
For winter breaks, it has a big warm fireplace..... built to enjoy all seasons ....
Sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably - 3x king bedrooms plus a fourth rumpus room style with fold out sofa bed and mattresses.
Linen provided to make that holiday car packing that much easier! Just pack your own beach towels!

Muritai was perfect for our family get together and was so comfortable. A real home away from home with everything to keep adults, kids and a busy toddler happy. Nice and close to the estuary. We will definitely be back.

The property was better than expected! It met all our requirements! Veggie garden was a bonus and as no one was renting property the day we were leaving this meant we didn't leave until the afternoon. Thanks Trent!
