This two storey house is ideal for family holidays and events in Taupo. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone.It has two lounges upstairs and a third lounge downstairs, All with 29 in Panasonic TVs . It has a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room. Double garage available with plenty of off-street parking for cars/boats.. The big section is fully fenced with a playhouse, slide and swings in the yard. A three minute drive to the shops and amenities. Please note that the spa bath jets in the bathroom have been disabled for safety reasons. A wonderful therapeutic geothermal mineral water hot tub is located downstairs in its own private room which you can fill on arrival and empty before you leave.

One dog is OK provided we give our approval and the dog lives outside or in the garage.

Great house to rent and stay in. The mineral spa pool was a highlight after our white water rafting trip to warm up! Nice and large with lots of space and very handy to shops etc. Would recommend!

Birch St House was perfect. It was large, tidy, clean and well equipt. It is probably an unsuitable distance to walk to the lake with young children. The hot tub was a bonus, easy to use. We loved the 3 lounges, one set up for the children - Dvd player, Dvd's, toys and books. The huge deck and views were stunning. Great backyard and children's play equipment. Our puppy loved it! The beds were super comfortable and the street is quiet. Highly recommended, we will be back!! A++++++

Really glad you enjoyed your stay. You may not have realised it but there is a track down to the lake at the end of Birch Rd. Very quick. We must amend our instructions. Come again.
