FABULOUS SEA VIEWS - yet the beach is a 2 minute walk

Peace and tranquility with commanding views of the gulf. Casual, relaxing and comfortable with all amenities - and a hint of yesteryear. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only 5 mins to the Island's supermarket, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 to the tennis court. Stoney Ridge and many other excellent vineyards are within a ten minute car ride. Whakanewha Regional Park, a host of walks, bike rides, wine tasting, golf, and horse riding are just a stones throw away.

Open plan living flows in and out. Whether it's breakfast on the front deck watching the busy Tamaki Strait, or the rear deck for the Barbie, private sun-bathing, or just reading under the umbrella, this is the best way to re-charge or take time out. Sheltered from the prevailing winds, but with a brilliant view over-looking the domain - shared only with Tuis and native pigeons.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is fine outside. There is a "Chiminea" - a wood-burning stove for outside use - on the back deck.
Off street parking. However, this is not a drive-on site. There is a short but steep-ish path and then steps up to the front door. May not be suitable for severe asthmatics or people with mobility issues

POINTS TO NOTE: Basement bedroom only has outside access down main stairs. Bed set-up may not suit younger children or older people. REFER PICTURES. There is
however an airbed (double) in the main bedroom wardrobe if this is a problem. Electric
pump - so no stress!

Check out time is before 11:00am on day of departure.
Check-in time is after 3:00pm
