This award winning beach house is located 100m back from stunning 4km long Omaha Beach. It is 40m from tennis courts and comes equiped with a spa pool, outdoor shower, tennis racquets, bikes, kayaks and surf boards.

The spa appeals all year around

Large sliding glass doors open onto decks on one side and a sheltered courtyard and BBQ area on the other. The large master bedroom has sea and hill views. The bunk room doubles as a second living area and has television, stereo and playstation. The bunks are built-in and are a special favourite with guests.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes an espresso machine. The house is furnished with a mix of contemporary and modern classic furniture as well a couple of retro kiwiana pieces that recall memories of earlier bach living.

Special conditions

The minimum stay is 2 nights during the year and 7 nights over the Christmas to New Year period.

Linen (sheets, towels and tea-towels) is supplied at no charge for rentals of 7 nights or more. Linen can be supplied for stays shorter than 7 nights at a cost of $15 per person.

Default arrival time is 4pm and departure time is noon (to allow for cleaning and servicing). We are open to accommodating your preferences so if you would prefer different arrival and departure times, just ask.

  •  Great house with plenty of space for everyone. Great upstairs bedroom with view of the water, nice big kitchen and dining table. Great spa that got plenty of use. Surfboards, bodyboards, fishing poles, golf clubs, tennis rackets, kyaks and more to use at our leisure. TV with playstation in the kids room kept them occupied on rainy days. Only room for improvement is to clearly state check-in at 4, to avoid arriving before house is cleaned, and also television in main lounge is very small. 

    •  Thanks for the feedback. Our default arrival time is 4pm and departure time is noon. This allows time for the cleaners, especially when we have back to back bookings. We are open to accommodating your preferences so if you would prefer different arrival or departure times just ask. 

  •  Beautiful home and nice neighbourhood... Facilities and space was abundant, great for kids to run around and more than adequate for a group of 9. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to others! 

  •  This is our second time at the property which evidences how much we enjoy staying there. A very functional beach house with all the mod cons. Set in a very good location at the tip of the southern end of Omaha.
