Beautifully renovated, "The White Beach House" is a modern, comfortable, light and airy substantial family beach home.
It spreads across 3 levels with a large deck surrounding the front and side of the house providing sensational views of the bay and the beach. Situated close to the waterfront, tapeka beache is just a two minute easy walk.
The large living contains a comfortable dining/lounge area and a huge open plan kitchen with concertina windows providing a servery to a separate private back deck.
The top floor is a large space with fabulous panoramic views, a king bed and full bathroom. It has a desk and internet access.
The middle floor contains the main living space with fantastic sea views, main kitchen/dinning area, BBQ, Sky TV, 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a full bathroom.
The bottom floor has one bedroom, large bathroom and laundry, a kitchenette and lounge with TV/DVD opening onto its own private deck.
The home works well with a variety of different spaces and privacy for everyone.
In total there are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 2 laundries, 2+ lounge areas, 3 deck areas and 1 BBQ.

Excellent holiday home, just as described. Great kitchen with top quality chattels, superb light and airey rooms. View from the balcony is amazing. Great beach, excellent fishing of the rocks
