A 3-min walk down road to estuary and 5-min drive to ocean beach. Sea views of estuary and ocean. Situated in quiet and established cul-de-sac just off the main road. Basement is completely self-contained with double bedroom, bunkroom, kitchen, dining room/lounge and shower/toilet/bathroom.
Flat and large section with a 6-bed sleepout (booked separately). Large gated deck ideally suited to outdoor eating and entertaining. Two-car/boat newly-built garage containing a billard table, table tennis table and darts/dartboard.
Party animals, loud music lovers and alcoholics need not apply!

Karibu is a great place to stay at. It was a good location for the kids and the pool table and table tennis table provided extra entertainment. The two living areas made it easy for families to separate for privacy if needed and their was lots of outside space to enjoy the sun. Everything at the house was in good condition and the place is obviously well kept. A short walk to the estuary or minigolf and not far to drive to the beach.

Let us just say that Geoff's property is unbelievably beautiful, in one of the most sort after areas of Mangawhai, so beautifully kept and maintained and plenty of room for the adults to have some free time to themselves while the kids had plenty of areas to play in. It's inspired us to look for property around Mangawhai. We fully recommend this beautiful bach to all who are after an amazing experience away from the rat race.
