Oakura Beach Bach is set within a fully fenced section surrounded by mature trees giving it privacy coupled with the convenience of a location close to the heart of the village and the shops, cafes and other amenities that Oakura has to offer.
Oakura's stunning beach is an enjoyable stroll away or just a couple of minutes in the car.
The beach is safe for families with children but also turns on the waves for those seeking the thrill of surfing or body boarding.
There are other top notch surf beaches close by, fishing, tramping in Egmont National Park, New Plymouth's Coastal Walkway, horse riding, wineries....the list goes on.
After a busy day relax with a drink out on the deck, enjoying the sight and sounds of the sea. If you are too tired to cook dinner there are plenty of wonderful cafes and restaurants close by.

The property was convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed out stay. The only criticism we had was that we had to wash all the dishes and glasses before we could use them. They were not stored in a closed cupborad and were all coated with a sticky greasy film - probably through prolonged lack of use.

Really well equipped bach, everything you need, comfortable & clean. We really enjoyed the stay here, we were two couples but this bach would also be very suitable for families with young kids as it is fenced with gate & on a quiet street. Located close to restaurants (5mins ish) & beach (10mins ish) Would definately stay here again. Unattractive but excellent juicy lemons on tree in backyard which we helped ourselves too.
