  •  Pool table, big deck, views of the lake 

  •  Good comfy batch, had a good weekend in this relaxing spot. Great views! 

  •  In need of some TLC, a good airing out and a new sun umbrella. Great garden for kids to run wild and the view of the lake is amazing.

  •  Fantastic view. Well equipped with plenty of firewood, DVDs, games, books and kitchenware. Lovely peaceful spot!

  •  Awesome bach! Has everything you need, in a great location with a fantastic view. We had a fab holiday here - recommended to everyone! 

  •  while the decor is nothing to write home about, for a group of people, this property is brilliant. With plenty to do inside and out, and plenty of room to do it in, our team of 7 had a great time. Not too far from town, and a beautiful drive to a home with a view. I'd recommend you take a second look if you need a good holiday home 

  •  Great place especially for a bigger group. Having the pool table, dart board, and tennis court were a big hit. Loved hanging out on the deck, cooking the BBQ, taking in the view. Would definitely stay here again.

  •  Great spot to stay! Water was difficult to operate, perhaps need more detailed instructions in case it isn't found in the way it is supposed to be but otherwise we had a lovely time!

  •  We had a wonderful time. The views from the house are spectacular. It was a real bach not a "Too fancy home" It would have been great to have had a bit more time to enjoy the house and the views but we were on a tight schedule. The only issue I would comment on was the gas bottles. All 3 were empty on arrival and it was freezing cold. It would work better if the cleaner filled them each time and you just included it in the price as Rotorua isn't just 5 mins down the road. log burner was great.

  •  This property met our needs well especially having a games room for the teenagers and a lounge for the adults. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the tennis court but being long grass it looked as though it would be more suited to badminton rather then tennis. A shame the spa doesn't work cos that would be lovely.

  •  Gas heating a problem. Heaters a bit tired and in need of service/replacement. Accomodation had a musty smell which is to be expected when heating with gas and then being closed up for periods of time. Great time and good family spot. 

    •  To our prospective guests please disregard the comments made in respect of the gas heating as they are incorrect. Gas heating is NOT a problem. Both heaters have been inspected by a qualified serviceman and were found to be in good working order and do not require either service or replacement. 

  •  Thanks, efficient and quick in sorting out the details. Awesome views and we even got the rainbow - though Think we could have done without the teensy bit of rain :P Thanks for a great stay!
