Seaview House was built in the late 1800's and retains much of its original character while offering one of Napier's most spectacular views, overlooking the city and out across the Pacific ocean to Cape Kidnappers.
Perfectly located on the terrace with local cafes, bars, restaurants and many local attractions only a short stroll away (no need for the car)
In the evening you can BBQ on the deck and enjoy a vino! or two!! and then maybe a relaxing spa just down the steps at the Ocean spa complex, the property has a full facility kitchen, with complementary tea and coffee. Laundry facilities and all linen are provided, there is a porta cot available should you have a baby, but we do stress that with a double staircase the property is not suitable for toddlers. As an added extra for you we have the Daily Herald delivered to the door for your reading pleasure....enjoy!
Smoking is allowed in the courtyard and ashtrays are provided.
We live separately from the main house but are close by should you require anything, maybe just information on local attractions, the best restaurants etc.
We do not have eftpos so can only accept cash, cheque or internet banking.
We do not charge GST

Beautiful home with fantastic outlook. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in 'quality' accommodation within walking distance to great restaurants and bars in Napier CBD.
