This is a clean, sunny and level bach style property with BBQ, *entertainment area and room to park the boat. Only 10 mins walk to the fabulous Onetangi beach with cafe-style bars, dining and live entertainment. 'Salt' conference and wedding venue is situated here too. An easy stroll to the bus, service station/shop,takeaways, liquor outlet and playground. A short drive to Golf, 'Stonyridge' and other vineyards, supermarket and Ostend with the Saturday market and Sunday 'Farmers' market, a variety of shops and dining, RSA, sportsbar and TAB.

Great location for quiet holiday but with easy access to beach, vinyards etc. Spacious living area and bedrooms of good size.
