Absolutely loved this place. It is even nicer than it looks on the listing. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, gorgeous little cottage, the kids loved it and to top it off we had a beach to ourselves for two days. Will deffo return! Thanks

Lovely rustic getaway - big improvement to the old cottage can do more. Wi-fi would also be good. But overall if looking for getaway to chill, unwind & relax then this is the place.

Gorgeous house, love the way the front opens up completely, beautifully decorated, well stocked with kitchen equipment, enjoyed the quirky lean to the left of the kitchen - I had an amazing stay and it was incredible to be so close to the ocean. Would whole heartedly recommend this property for a very special stay - especially in summer with the pohutukawas in flower ... enjoyed collecting flowers from both properties for the house (loved being in the claw foot bath as the rain pelted down!)

The location was very nice, Great view of the ocean. I liked staying at the cottage, but we think that you should be told that it has heaps of borer. For all the christchurch people that it should be told that the floors are all sinking and are on a slope. As people from Christchurch like to get away from this as we have had to deal with this for so long. I feel the price should be alot lower for the state of the house. The dining room chairs need to be replaced as the cushion is not secure

Fantastic little West Coast getaway. So great to fall asleep with the sound of the waves and the sea so close and what can I say about those unreal sunsets... Thanks for a great little place for some quiet quality timeout. Mark
