Karaka Tree Cottage - is a new 2 bedroom cottage based on a turn of century country farmhouse design, fully furnished in modern comfortable and relaxing environment.
Karaka Tree cottage is on a 13 Hectare Life style block with all day sun and sheltered outlooks of the Rural Wairarapa south to Martinborough
Close to all the amenities of the Southern Wairarapa – Wine, Olives, boutique shopping, antique shops, 12 golf courses and the outdoor playground of the Tararua’s or the Wairarapa coast.

Fantastic, beautiful setting, peace and quiet (no TV), spotlessly clean, comfortable and extras (milk, coffee, tea & bread), . Better than home from home. I would move in tomorrow. Already booked for next year for both the Martinborough Fairs.
