Across the road from beautiful Buffalo Beach! All day sun is enjoyed on two deck areas. Character 1960's beach house, well set up to accommodate two families for a relaxing holiday. Large bunk room for the kids and two double bedrooms. 40" LCD TV with Sky - perfect for watching the rugby.
This comfortable house is away from the bustle of town yet it takes only minutes to get to amenities - 5 minutes walk to our stunning swimming beach; 2 minutes walk to Mother Brown's Creek for kayaking or swimming; 5 minutes drive to the Ferry Landing, The Lost Springs Hot Pools or the center of town; 5 minutes to launch your boat for fabulous fishing and diving or we can recommend a local fishing charter. From here you can easily explore the amazing number of local beaches - New Chums, Matarangi, Hot Water, Hahei and Cathedral Cove to name some.
Room to park the boats and cars, outdoor fish filleting bench. 4 burner hooded BBQ to cook up the catch! Mature fruit trees and lovely big back lawn for kids to play on. Across the road is the beach domain - great natural cricket and petanque pitch! Two fridges. Bed linen is supplied.

  •  We had a wonderful time at Troll House, it was very comfortable and everything we could have wanted was there - thank you very much for the great stay, it was a real home away from home :-) 

  •  What a great house, we had a group of us and there was plenty of room top relax seperately as well as all mingle and socialise together. Opposite the beach and close to town. The house was fully equipped with everything you need or could want. I booke dthe house for the weekend and all of the guests commented on what a great find it was! WOuld definitely recomend "Troll House" as the place to stay whilst in Whitianga :-) 

  •  AWESOME place! tidy house with great character, really enjoyed our stay, would deffinitly recommend the Troll House to all, look forward to staying again.
