This house is a lovely, near new, 2 bedroom house within 5mins walking to Tahunanui beach and the local shops. The house is a very warm and sunny home with heat pump, bathroom heating and very modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. It is child friendly with toys and cot. The house has been set up for elderly/ disabled travellers with handrails, and shower seat.
It is within walking distance to all the beach attractions including: Natureland, Roller Skating rink, Hydroslide, BNX track, Children's playground. It is a 5min drive to World Of Wearable Arts and an 8mins drive to centre of Neson City.
Nelson is famous for it's lovely beaches, highest sunshine hours, great markets and wonderful wine. The Abel Tasman National Park and Kaiteriteri is about 45 minutes drive away.

Lovely home and very much child secure and once a few objects were out of reach it was child friendly too. Close to the beach, quiet and restful. Thank you very much for a great place to stay.

yes location good, linen on beds really awful and old, pillows way pass use, held together with saftey pins!! Really needs to remove all the personal stuff, also the chairs, covered in sheep skin rugs Just dreadfull, and didn't sit on them!!! Bathroom the best part. Kitchen, filled with again old stuff!!!

We are aware that after sharing our holiday home for 2 years the home contents do need some revamping. So we are about to do an upgrade in the next 2 weeks. We will replace the linen and buy new pillows. We will also replace the older chairs and remove the sheepskins. We will remove some of the personal stuff so the house is easier to keep clean. We will also replace older things in the kitchen. The kitchen appliances are all fairly new and the house is also only 5 years old.
