A quiet, modern, attractively furnished apartment with one double bedroom, living area [with audio and Sky TV], kitchenette, balcony and bathroom. The balcony overlooks a treed garden, vineyards and the hills beyond. The apartment is separate from the main house.
Located 5 minutes by car from Blenheim’s CBD [with many excellent restaurants and cafes]. All major Marlborough wineries are easily reached in under 15 minutes by car. The perfect place to stay for the traveller who wishes to spend some time exploring the Marlborough Sounds, Havelock or simply tasting a few of the area’s great wines. Several excellent golf courses are close by. Blenheim Airport and the Railway Station are about 6 minutes away. We have a Portacot and a fold-up bed available.
Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities, borrow [free] mountain bikes or use the internet. Cooking facilities allow guests flexibility although initial continental breakfast provisions are provided.

We shall return! My wife and I had two weeks in this apartment, set in beautiful large tree-lined grounds near the centre of Blenheim. The apartment is completely separate from the hosts' home and is very well appointed. Our hosts are delightful people -- unobtrusive yet with plenty of good local tips if asked. About our own slight concern was somewhat iffy broadband reception in the area, although we were warned about this. Otherwise absolutely first-rate!

Wonderfully warm, quiet and well appointed apartment, spacious with very comfy bed and as-new bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous outlook from windows and balcony ensured a very relaxing stay.
