Omaha Sands is the ideal place to get together with your family or friends for an amazing retreat with everything on your doorstep. This modern 5 bedroom home has 2 ensuite guestrooms, a twin or super king bedroom and 2 bunkrooms with a total of 3.5 bathrooms.

The modern kitchen is fully equiped to cater for all your needs. This includes plenty of crockery, cutlery, platters and appliances to meet the requirements of a large group.

Omaha Sands is also ideal for Company Offsite Meetings with breakout areas and activities all on hand and a total of 12 separate beds.

Omaha is only an hour's drive from Auckland so it is easy for visitors to come for the day or for some of the group to commute from time to time to maximise time together in paradise.

Wireless broadband and My Sky is installed

The location at the Southern end of Omaha provides a sheltered environment from all winds and offers a perfect location to base yourself for tennis, golf, vineyards and restaurants and of course the sand, sea and proximity to wonderful pink beach around the headland and rock pools for the kids to investigate.

There are plenty of boogie boards, a surfboard, bikes, tennis raquets and other sporting equipment available for your enjoyment.

The listed price is per night for up to 10 people. An additional $25 per person per night for up to a total of 14 people.

Linen is available at $25 per person or you are welcome to bring your own.

Special conditions

Only small dogs allowed. A request must be made and dogs are charged at $20 per dog per night.

No noise after 11pm and strictly no parties or gatherings for more than the number of persons for which the house is rented unless agreed in advance.
