This spacious, clean and sunny house is situated on a large, fenced section overlooking the bay. The perfect place to simply relax .For those who are more energetic the patrolled surf beach is a short walk away. Swim, boogie board, fish, gather shellfish or enjoy a walk along the 11km stretch of white sandy beach. There is plenty of room for your boat and the boat ramp is 10 mins away. Golfers will enjoy the picturesque Waipu Golf course just 4mins by car. Also close by is the township of Waipu, Waipu caves and Piroa Falls. Fairhaven is 80 mins drive from Auckland and 20 mins to Whangarei. It is a short walk to the local dairy and a new supermarket , takeaways and tavern are a 5 min drive away.
