Kereru Cottage is privately located on a hill, nestled among regenerating bush, close to Kaka Cottage with great views over Pah Beach towards the wharf, a 5 -10 min walk to Tryphena's great amenities of Pah Beach and Gooseberry Flat for safe family swimming, the well stocked Stonewall supermarket, a post office and gift shop, Wild Rose Cafe and the Currach Irish Pub .
A comfortable, low key timber house great for relaxing with a good book , playing board games with the kids or even snoozing in the sun !!
It relies on 12 volt solar power for the lighting and gas for water heating ,oven and fridge.
Aptly named after the native wood pidgeon(the Kereru) that is frequently seen in the bush close by.
