Situated 2 min walk from Ngunguru River, quiet area, 1 room semi self contained studio with ensuite, attached to owner's home, complete privacy, own entry and off road parking, close to cafes, shops, safe boating and swimming. Bush walks, lovely picnic areas on sandy bays. Surf beach and sandspit right there and pipis by the mile in the river! Small dinghy and kayak available. Only 7 min. drive to Tutukaka - start point for game fishing trips, diving and senic charters to the Poor Knights Islands. Beautiful Matapouri, Sandy and Wooleys Bays 10 mins drive away. Golf course at the back door!

Also available within our home are the Guest Rooms...semi self contained with queen bed, a single bed, fridge, TV and casual cooking facilities...own bathroom and seperate toilet. This area caters for up to 3 people and the
tariff is the same as the studio, with a $15 fee per extra person per night . A cleaning fee of $20 applies.
This area can be booked in conjunction with the studio so allows for a group of up to 5 people to stay.
