Modern 3 bedroom home and 3 bedroom sleepout situated in the Grove Estate on the harbour side of the Matarangi peninsula, ideal for extended families or large groups. There are 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower for when you come back from a day at the beach.
It is close proximity to the Dunes Golf Course, Omara’s Restaurant, the airstrip, Whangapoua harbour, wharf and boat ramp, with the lovely white sands of Matarangi Beach and the public tennis courts only a short walk away.
Bach 125 is situated on a flat partially fenced section, is positioned to capture all day sun and has a deck off the main house and a small deck off the sleepout. Duvets and pillows supplied.
