Lovely old 1900 villa recently relocated and refurbished in quiet Greytown street - perfect for your next visit to the Wairarapa.
The house has been renovated from top to toe . There's a brand spanking new kitchen and front rolled verandah for you to sit out on and enjoy your morning cuppa! Beautiful wooden floors in the hallway and lush new carpet in the bedrooms and lounge. The new heat pump ensures the house stays toasty and warm all year round.
The villa offers 3 bedroms. The large spacious master room has a king size bed and room to keep the portacot for those with babies. The twin room offers 2 single beds and a single rollaway bed. The 3rd room is a cosy room offering a double bed.
The bathroom is compact with a claw foot sipper bath (to slip into at the end of your busy day) with the option to shower with a head shower over the bath. Hairdryer and iron supplied with lots of other home comforts to help ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. The Family Bach is used by our family and friends on a regular basis, so there is linen available. Select toys available to amuse toddlers and preschoolers. Quiet location and positioned to get the last of the days sun.
Take a stroll down to the cafes, restaurants, boutique shops in the village or explore the area by car and discover the local swimming hole, kids playground, pool or local attractions. Only a short 10 minute drive to the gorgeous Martinborough wine region, hot air ballooning in Carterton or take a day trip up to the surf beaches of Riversdale or Castlepoint.
