Situated on 2 acres of beautiful gardens and bush, with fabulous sea views, this renovated self contained beach house, is peaceful and relaxing and only a few minutes walk to the Ocean Beach and estuary. It is well equiped with new Italian kitchen, paved BBQ area, and deck set in the gardens and looking out to the sea and Islands. All the very comfortable beds are fully made with sheets, duvets, pillows and electric blankets. Tairua is a great place to fish, swim, golf and enjoy great cafes and restaurants, and is also easy drive to Hot Water beach, Cooks Beach and Whangamata.

Amazing property both inside and out. The accomodation itself is immaculate and gorgeous, underdfloor heating in bathroom is a lovely touch. The grounds are also amazing with a water feature and several fish ponds and beautiful plantings which are set off wonderfully in the evenings by the outdoor lighting.

We had the most amazing weekend at Tairua at the Easterley house, Margaret was lovely to deal with and the house was beautiful, it has everything you need for your stay it was immaculately clean and so well presented - its location is fabulous with a beautiful outlook! I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a get-away Abby :)

This house has a excellent standard of finish, decor and furnishing, including a well-equipped kitchen. It stands on the slope of a hill with splendid planting between the house and the road, and bush on the hill above. The deck provides views of the Tairua estuary, Paku and beyond: it's a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, weather permitting. There are no immediate neighbours, apart from the owner's occasional holiday accomodation on the upper floor, so it is a peaceful location.
