The Edwardian Villa is directly across the road from The Esplanade that hugs the lake foreshore from The Steamer Wharf (where the Earnslaw Edwardian Steam Ship lives) to the base of the extremely steep Fern Hill road. This 1 kilometre of premium green space in downtown Queenstown is right on your doorstep! Walk, jog, swim, picnic or play without getting in a car. Pure luxury.

The Villa is completely set up for you to make the best of your stay with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen including everything you need to prepare a dinner party right down to the ample place setting options for 6 people. Gourmet cooks will appreciate the extra wide gas hob and electric oven. The kitchen has been set up so you don't need to bring anything including cooking knives. However, what chef can resist bringing their own knives?

There is UNLIMITED WIFI INTERNET that reaches EVERY room in the house. Relax, you can run your business from this place.

The Edwardian Villa also has SKY TV with all the movie and sport channels so there is no need to miss out whilst being away.

Included is a hooded gas portable BBQ that you can set up on the patio or take across to The Esplanade for a lakeside picnic.

Parking this close to Central Queenstown is difficult. The Villa includes room for 2 cars, 1 in the single car garage and the other next to the garage. Parking is also available right out front, but this is public space which fills up quickly during the day/evening.

    Clean, functional and stylish. Managers very easy to deal with and quickly responded to our request for the addition of a blender (for making soup!). Easy walk into town (a few minutes) and kids playground across the road and great views to Remarks.

    Great location and very well kept. Easy 5 min stroll into town. Beautiful view from master bedroom and bathroom. Would be fantastic in winter with the fire going!

    Great location, easy walk to town, beautiful views. Warm and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Be mindful that the property is 2 storey, 2 bathrooms upstairs and that there is not a powder room downstairs. Minor issue, but good to know.
