The property is not suitable for all ages. It is in a very beautiful setting. Has a magnificent deck. Some updating on the property manual needs looking at i.e. something to do with the fridge on arrival etc. The kitchen is well equipped but a new egg beater would be very handy. Some finer points of cleaning could be looked at.
The tide was an issue, since when it was out it was almost impossible to walk out over the muck and broken shells to get out far enough to swim. the fridge leaked water all over the floor so constantly needed to be mopped up, no screens on the windows, the kids got eaten by mosquitoes in the night as the windows had to be left open for cooling. I don't understand why I paid a $65 cleaning fee yet was left instructions to vacuum and clean up before we left. Extra charge for linen is unreasonable
Quite surprised by your feedback. We are not able to control the tide or the mozzies (insect repellent was at the house). We are only a phone call away regarding appliance failures and would have had someone come to repair if we had been notified. The owner reported he popped by to see you and asked if all was well - nothing was mentioned to him. You paid for 1 lot of linen, saying that your family would BYO which was not the case. House left unsecure. Cleaning agreed to in the initial bkg.
