I have the separated and self-contained front part of my home available for travelers - and I live in the back.
It is located in the heart of vibrant Ponsonby and has a sunny north-facing aspect with the house enjoying all day sun.
The separate bedroom has double-glazed windows and a comfortable queen-size bed. The sofa in the lounge can comfortably sleep a third person.
There is a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, mirror de-misters and a wall heater. The loo is separate and off the bathroom.
The lounge opens onto a sunny front deck via tri-fold doors to a Japanese inspired garden, both of which are available for your sole use.
There is NO kitchen but there are tea and coffee making facilities, crockery (flatware) and cutlery, toaster, cutting board and knife, wine glasses and a mini fridge are provided. There are dish washing facilities in the laundry. However with Ponsonby Road and the famous Dizengoff Cafe an easy 2 minutes walk away, you will be spoilt for great cafe and restaurant options.
There is free parking, with no time restriction, available on the street but these are in high demand on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

It was very helpful having a garage to park our small hire car. Also, the unit is very close to restaurants on Ponsonby Road. This made up for the fact there is dinner ware but no cooking facilities. The unit is tastefully decorated. The TV was a bit problematic though.
Although the apartment is so perfectly located for just everything in the area, it is totally quiet and peaceful. At first I was a bit surprised to find no cooking facilities at all, but soon realised that everything is just so close that it is a breeze to go out to eat.
