Description

You can't get much closer to the beach when you stay in this light airy beach house in Port Road. Only a small walk to the Ocean Sports Club and the rest of Whangamata's attractions.

This very modern bach has a designer kitchen, fridge freezer, built in oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher.

Entertainment wise; there is a TV, DVD & Hi-Fi.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has a king sized bed.

The bathroom has a washing machine and wash taps, there is also an outside shower and sink unit for washing the sand of your jandles and cleaning your catch of fish. High chairs and porta cots are available on request for a small extra charge.

FYI:

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking.There is a $59 agent's letting fee and a security bond minimum of $300-$500, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.

Check in time for peak is 2pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for off peak is 10am, check out 2pm, this could be subject to change if another booking overlaps. (Late checkout rates can apply).

    Awesome property - modern, clean and tidy. Along time since we had a bach with plasma TV and a dishwasher. Great location with easy access to beach, town and fishing club. Highly recommend and hope to go back!
